Driving Instructor Training and Mentoring

Reliant Driving Instructor Training offer training and mentoring to qualified ADIs and to PDIs as well as full training to anyone looking to become a driving instructor.

If you are looking to become a driving instructor we can train you through the 3 parts required or if you are already a qualified ADI or a PDI needing support to get through either your standards check or your part 3 training then we can help. 

The standards check and the part 3 is not as difficult as it seems to pass the test first time with a high score providing you follow the DVSA standards and we can get you prepared to confidently get through your teaching ability test. 

If you are looking to become a driving instructor we will help you to get through the 3 part training required.

First you will do part 1 the theory test to ADI standards using an app to study and prepare for your theory test. Once you pass the theory test you will go on to do part 2 training the driving ability were you will resit your driving test to ADI standards. 

Part 2 training will be done with your trainer on 1 to 1 in car training in 2 hour sessions to get you ready to pass. 

Once you pass the part 2 you will move on to part 3 the teaching ability. On your part 3 you will be trained in car on how to deliver driving lessons to a high standard and the way the DVSA require them to be delivered. 

Once you start  the part 3 training you can earn as you learn with a PDI training license delivering lessons to learners to develop your skills further to prepare for your part 3 test.

If you already hold an ADI or PDI license and you are looking for training and mentoring to get through your standards check or your part 3 then we can help you.

You will do 2 hour sessions in car with your trainer learning how to deliver a client centred driving lesson to your students exactly as the DVSA expect this to be done. 

The standards check and the part 3 are not difficult to pass first time with a high score providing you demonstrate to your examiner you are following the guidelines and we can show you how.
