Terms and Conditions
We advise all clients to speak with us by email or telephone communication before making an online payment.
We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.
Lessons will be conveyed verbally in detail before making any lesson booking.
Online payments for gift vouchers expire after 6 months but can be extended if requested within the time limit.
Please telephone or email our Driving School if you have not received a response from us, or if for any reason we have not been able to make contact with you within 5 working days of making your online payment.
At least 48 hours notice is requested to cancel pre-booked driving lessons, or you will be charged for late cancellation with credit that is in your account or on the next credit applied to your account.
Before booking practical Driving Tests students must check with us that we have the availability to take you to the driving test.
We reserve the right to decline to take students to a driving test that are not test ready or if students have booked driving tests without first checking our availability to take students to a driving test.
We reserve the right to replace existing students with a replacement student when the existing student is not committing to taking regular driving lessons or not turning up for regular driving lessons.
We reserve the right to decline taking on new students when we have no availability or when a student already has a test booked and requires us to take them on as a student to take them to a driving test when we have not trained them or if they are not test ready.
All lessons will be booked in advance using our driver app or by card payments to our driving instructors no cash payments are accepted.
Students will be picked up and dropped off at the location first agreed when booking lessons with Reliant Driver Training. Our instructors are on limited time between lessons and lessons are planned with travel time, distance, and areas. We cannot drop students off at other locations out with the instructors working area.
